I often hear the stories and sometimes complaints from my sweet Mom and her friends about getting old, another doctor’s appointment, cataract surgery…another expense, or I’m losing my teeth, my back hurts and all the handicap spots are taken.
It really is hard to hear these stories but my Mom is right, living on a limited Medicare budget every expense adds up and watching the body she once knew that now limits her to what she can do or social interaction she can have or her independence can be challenging
As Mom says…Getting Old Sucks…but are there things we can do to perhaps minimize those expensive doctor visits and remain vibrant and live our best lives?
I am excited to have David Bernstein MD on the show today.
